Behind the concierges

The people who built the house.

Every concierge in the house is designed, taught and held to standard by people. Meet ours.

Sam Rabah, Founder and Managing Director of Tanith House
Founder · Managing Director

Sam Rabah

Two decades turning new categories into trusted names.

Sam is an entrepreneur with more than eighteen years in international business and leadership, spent taking emerging categories and turning them into trusted, established businesses. His first venture, co-founded at eighteen, grew from a single store into a national franchise of sixty-two. The concepts that followed made a habit of being first of their kind in the UK, built from nothing and scaled across the country.

Those ventures lived in new and closely regulated markets, where a business earns its place through standards, care and doing new things properly. A later period directing global projects, connecting technology leaders across industries, brought him to the frontier he works at now. At Tanith House he directs the design of each concierge, the technology beneath it, the supplier partnerships that support it and the data protection commitments that let a discerning brand place its callers in the house’s hands with confidence.

A relentless optimist, he holds that there is no failure, only feedback, and that the measure of any innovation is the value it brings to the people it serves.

“Technology should serve people, not the other way around.”

Luke Cairo, Director of Client Services at Tanith House
Director of Client Services

Luke Cairo

Over three decades in Ibiza, bringing experience, insight and action.

Luke is an entrepreneur and client services professional with more than thirty years of experience across the charter, real estate, corporate, construction and sales industries. Her work has always centred on people, relationships and a sharp understanding of how businesses actually run.

Raised in Ibiza, and based there for more than three decades, she brings an intimate knowledge of the island, its community and the demands of a fast-moving, international environment. Years of management across many industries have shaped an adaptable perspective: effective strategy lives in the details, held against a clear view of the bigger picture.

Her approach is considered and people-first, built on discretion, trust and lasting relationships, with a natural instinct for anticipating needs before they are spoken.

“Making the complex feel effortless.”

Laura Vegara, Director of Partnerships and Client Experience at Tanith House
Director of Partnerships · Client Experience

Laura Vegara

Turning genuine care and connection into opportunity.

Laura is a client experience professional with more than seventeen years across commercial roles, public relations, sales and events, built on one discipline above all: understanding what people truly need.

Fifteen of those years were in healthcare, in roles where attention, communication and genuine care were fundamental, and that shaped the principle she works by to this day.

Over the past two and a half years in Ibiza she has turned that experience toward the island’s international clientele: hosting considered events, representing premium brands, opening opportunities in real estate, and connecting professionals, projects and clients across borders, in four languages.

“Before offering a solution, you must first listen, and understand what the person truly needs.”

Tim Pérez, Head of Development at Tanith House
Head of Development

Tim Pérez

Close to two decades of building systems that speak.

Tim is a software engineer with close to two decades of experience building the systems businesses quietly run on: communications platforms, integrations and the automation that holds an operation together when nobody is watching.

At Tanith House he leads development across the full depth of the service: the engineering of each concierge’s conversation, the telephony it answers on, the calendar, CRM and messaging integrations behind it, and the testing discipline that stands between a new capability and a promise the house is willing to make.

It is the least visible work in the house, and the reason everything above it feels effortless.

“If it isn’t reliable, it isn’t finished.”

The concierges carry our standard. Judge it yourself.

Meet the house, hear the voice, and see whether it belongs answering for your name.
