1Who we are

Tanith House Limited (“Tanith House”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17194558, with its registered office at 87 Heeley Bank Road, Sheffield, S2 3GL, United Kingdom. We work from Santa Eulària des Riu, Ibiza.

We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice. For anything about your privacy, write to [email protected]. You can also reach us at [email protected] or on +34 617 46 06 44.

2What this notice covers

This notice covers the information we collect when you visit tanith.ai, send us a form, book a call, speak to our demonstration concierge, or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

When a Tanith House concierge answers calls or messages for one of our clients, that client decides how the information is used. The client is the controller and we act on its instructions as its processor, so the client’s own privacy notice applies. If you have called one of our clients, please contact them first; we will help them answer you.

3What we collect

  • Details you give us: your name, email address and phone number; your business name and website; the sector and places you work in; the languages your clients speak; when enquiries are hardest to answer; and the calls you describe for your demonstration.
  • Your choices: whether you agree to us using your details to prepare a demonstration, and whether you would like to hear from us.
  • Calls you book: the time you choose and anything you add when you book.
  • The live demonstration call: what you say to the concierge, and a transcript and summary of the conversation. Demonstration calls may be recorded.
  • Correspondence: your emails, WhatsApp messages and our notes of calls with you.
  • Technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, and the security signals used by the human verification check when you send a form or start a call.

We do not ask for payment card, bank or identity document details through this website. Please do not share them, or any other sensitive information, in a form or on a call.

  • Our website and client-records platform: our forms, booking calendar, contact records and emails.
  • Our voice platform provider: the technology behind our concierges and the live demonstration call, together with its telephony, speech and language-model providers, which are bound not to use the data to train their models.

6International transfers

Some of these providers store or access information outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision or data bridge where one applies. You can ask us for details at [email protected], including the names of the providers we use.

7How long we keep it

  • Enquiries, demonstration requests and calls you book, if you do not become a client: twenty-four months from our last contact with you, then deleted.
  • Live demonstration call records: up to twelve months, then deleted.
  • Your marketing choices: until you withdraw your consent, and then a record that you did, so that we respect it.
  • Client records: for the length of the contract, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and other legal obligations require.
  • Security records: for the short periods set by our providers.

8Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on tanith.ai. Our forms, calendar and security check may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for them to work and to keep them secure. These do not need your consent. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom (ico.org.uk), the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos in Spain (aepd.es), or the authority where you live or work.

10AI and automated decisions

Our concierges are AI. The live demonstration call begins by telling you that you are speaking to an AI concierge. We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use your information to train AI models.

11Security, children and changes

We and our providers use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect your information. No system is entirely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive information through our forms or on a call.

This website and our services are for businesses. They are not intended for anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will update this notice when the way we use information changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
